At UK Composite Doors, we strive for perfection in every delivery; however, if your custom-made door or hardware arrives damaged or incorrect, our dedicated team is here to resolve the issue swiftly. Please note that as our doors are bespoke and manufactured to your specific dimensions, returns are generally only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Inspection upon Delivery

Thoroughly inspect your composite door and all accessories at the time of arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery driver's paperwork and reported to us within 24 hours.

Contact Customer Support

If you identify a fault, contact our support team via email with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect or damage.

Review and Approval

Our technical team will review your claim to determine if the issue is a manufacturing fault. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for the next steps.

Collection or Replacement

We will arrange for the collection of the faulty item at our expense. A priority replacement door will be manufactured and dispatched to you as quickly as possible to ensure your project remains on track.
